Cocoon - New audio reference for mobile devices

The Japanese Denon submitted its first proposal to the market systems designed for music playback from portable devices called this time of Cocoon.

A piece of carved design
The name "Cocoon" obviously derives from fitness equipment (= cocoon cocoon), created to add value to the technology inside by his mere presence. Made to catch the eye with its charming three-dimensional design.

The level of material is a kind of luxury touch that is given by the high quality fabrics that cover the speakers: vai to heavy aluminum base and is sculpted by the double walls of the box in polymer injected. The rear panel consists of a layer on a polished second backsheet color (black or white), resulting in a high gloss finish.

 

Style and High Fidelity
According to the mark, the shape of Cocoon is not only aesthetic, is also one of the factors that contribute to the powerful "Denon sound". Both have the same price (RRP approx) of 649 euros. Both products have the same features. However, the Cocoon Portable is designed for use outside the home, having a built-in battery for up to 5 hours of playback. Moreover, it has a slightly smaller frame than the model home and has specific features for outdoor use. This is the case grille which covers the speakers (on the release fabric at home and in the case of perforated metal Portable) and buttons with rubber coating to prevent ingress of sand or dust. In addition, the template also includes a portable small slot on the rear panel to hold the remote control.
